Looking for general shipping information?
Items are shipped within 2-4 days. Nearly all items are in stock (this excludes bookmarks, plant hangers, and phone chargers which may add on a couple more days) so your purchase will get to you in a timely manner.
** If you need your artwork ASAP, please make note in the comment section upon ordering the date in which you wish to receive. **
Shipping is done mostly USPS. Large orders may go UPS or FedEx. Items do not ship internationally at this time.
Is this a gift?
For gift orders, please specify within your purchase order and I will be able to add a note if you would like, and will send it directly to the recipient upon request.
Do you need a receipt?
In attempts to save paper, I do not include receipts with the orders. Paypal provides its own printable receipt system. However if you would like one in addition to Paypal, notify me within your purchase order and I will gladly provide one.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

In the case that the recipient claims to not have received the item, but USPS tracking says otherwise, the recipient may request a refund within 30 days of the tracked delivery date.
